Bella Starr's Borderline Hat

 1984.  Borderline: Madonna's debut album.  She wore a darling black and white hat with a big black bow.  Bella Starr designer Michelle Palty-Van Hamersveld has created her own version of the hat worn in the music video by Madonna.  All of Bella Starr's vintage style hats are handmade, with many of them created from vintage fabrics, patterns and trims.  Custom orders are available and each of the hats are very limited in number.
